WY Premiere: Lime Cordiale Watch their video for “What Is Growing Up”

Australian-based duo Lime Cordiale, formed by brothers Louis and Oli Leimbach while in high school, sound like the soundtrack to the 2002 Jack Black movie Orange County, in the best possible way. Their debut album Permanent Vacation, an idea and way of life I fully support, dropped in October of last year on Chugg Music worldwide, and today we’re premiering their new video for single “What Is Growing Up,” a reflective, reggae’ed out Strokes inspired stroll. And the video, directed, shot, and edited by Jack Shepherd, will get you ready for summer real quick.

Lime Cordiale is descending upon SXSW this week, like all the bands you should be paying attention to, so check the dates below. These cats opened for Primal Scream during one of their Australian tours, which is pretty damn impressive for a band hot out the oven. Something tells me their carefree, permanent vacation vibe translates pretty well to their live show. –Maya Eslami
