Watch Death Valley Girls’ New Video for “(One Less Thing) Before I Die”

Death Valley Girls have a new album dropping this Friday on Suicide Squeeze, and the new single “(One Less Thing) Before I Die” is the best representation of a band on the brink of galactic explosion. Check out the video, a surreal visual adventure, directed by Kansas Bowling. The highly anticipated “Darkness Rains” is their second official LP, and the first for Suicide Squeeze.

Listen to Pink Skies

Pink Skies, the project of musician Arieh Berl, is a genre-bending mix of pop, R&B, and some hints of synth-driven psych, something he describes as “Escapism Pop.” “Most of my songs are pretty simple songs, but just put in a rocket and sent to the moon.” Listen to his new single “Portland,” and watch the incredibly psychedelic video, filled with thermochromic faces and waves in kaleidoscope patterns.

GØGGS New Album “Pre Strike Sweep” Is Officially Out

GØGGS, the LA-based group comprised of Chris Shaw, Ty Segall, Michael Anderson, and Charles Moothart, dropped their new album last week, and it’ll shred you entire face off. Released by In The Red Records, the harbingers of all things heavy, “Pre Strike Sweep” is chaotic, distorted, and ear-shattering, in the absolute best way. Listen to the title track and hear for yourself.

Listen to Sharon Van Etten’s New Single, “Comeback Kid”

Sharon Van Etten needs no introduction, but if you haven’t heard of the pop indie songstress, get ready for some powerful vocal chords. Her new album “Remind Me Tomorrow” drops January 18th on Jagjaguwar Records, and she’s teasing us all with the lead single “Comeback Kid,” a drum heavy pulsating stomp through the dark shades of her brain.

Listen to Rich Jones

And to give you a bonus track this week, because there’s never enough music to discover, check out new artist Rich Jones. The Chicago-based artist is an easy combo of r&b and soul in a modern, refreshing way. Listen to his lead single “Coin Toss,” off his forthcoming album “The Shoulder You Lean On,” dropping November 2nd.
