Watch Ty Segall’s New Music Video And embrace epilepsy inducing stimulus overload

Ty Segall’s cohort of goons The Muggers have a new music video out for “Californian Hills,” the third single off their album Emotional Mugger that dropped earlier this year. The video, “an animated adventure into the depths of Ty Segall’s demented pursuits,” is a wild, technicolor, MS paint-fueled nightmare filled with knights, ghouls and a scared Pillsbury Doughboy looking ghost running for his life. Directed by Meghan Tryon and Garrett Davis, “Californian Hills” is complete stimulus overload, but in the best way. And even if you feel a seizure coming on, close your eyes and listen to the song. It’ll do you good. –Maya Eslami
