There’s something magical about a band that forms under auspicious circumstances. And The Entire Universe, a relatively new three-piece from Los Angeles, have the stars to thank for their galactic creation. Fronted by Jeffertitti Moon (of Corners and Jeffertitti’s Nile), with Eric Lodwick on bass and Evan Snyder on drums, these babes just wrapped up their first video for lead single “Revolving Sun,” and it’s a celestial doozy. Directed by Gilbert Trejo (son of Danny Trejo), the clip is “one continuous 4-hour shot” condensed into a super speed, visual prism of light, with choreographed sequences and spontaneous moments of a typical day in the life of a cool ass band. So press play, and if you’re in Highland Park tonight, stop by Footsies Bar for the video premiere party. The Entire Universe also has the Monday night residency at Zebulon for September.
