Wand, the LA heavy hitters who sloshed through 3 albums in 13 months since their creation last year, premiered a new video today for “Sleepy Dog,” off their latest album 1000 Days.
Directed by Meghan Tryon and Garrett David, the mainly black and white video features a pixelated dog with big white bubbly eyeballs soaring through some kind of paranoid dreamscape.
In the Drag City press release, the question is asked: “Does the nice dog exist, or does it represent something…BIGGER?” Whoa dudes. Way to blow my mind. —Maya Eslami
