Are we excited? Fuck yes. Are we nervous? Maybe a little. After watching this new trailer — a narrated, beautiful, Planet Earth-meets-Jurassic Park cinematic leviathan — it’s clear they’re shooting for the moon (sorry, had to). They want you, but they also want your extended family as well. They’re going big (mainstream big). And that always makes us a little worried.

But because it’s John John and we’re excited to see what three years of his  footage locked in a vault might look like: we’re all in. It’s something that we haven’t seen done before and we’re all for that. So aside from a little nervous tickle thanks to the sketchy sheen that comes with the mainstream narrator, we’re amped. And from the sounds of it, we’ll be getting our eyes on this in some super modern simultaneous cinema premiere experiment on November 11th, when the movie will world premiere globally.
