On Sunday we headed over to Glassell Park to check out the 200+ booths at LA Zinefest. A huge  amount of zine lovers came out to peruse the well-stocked tables that were there for one afternoon only. Every booth had something interesting to offer, but some stood out more than others.

Allied Forces Press is an independent publishing and printing press that produces ALFQ, their quarterly arts, music and culture magazine. They also have some pretty sick shirts as well as cassettes of their mix tapes which are all up on their site. Not too far away was Sleep Talk Press where we picked up the last copy of Kevin Novales’ “Cover up” and Adam Villacin’s booth with his well known zine “Dream Team”.
