Last year Craig Anderson and Dane Reynolds didn’t renew their contracts with Quiksilver — or with anyone for that matter. Since that time there have been rumours and swirling excitement about the potential launch of a new brand with them directly involved. A serious endeavor for some of our favorite surfers. But how could you not be excited about that? Indie revival in it’s purest form.

We recently brought Craig along to Indonesia for a boat trip. The wind was thick into the lefts at Macaronis but it’s still Indo and even tough, sideshore Indo makes for good waves. So we surfed, and then one afternoon, as the sun sank alongside a few Bintangs, we asked Craig a series of questions about his very interesting last few months.
