YVONNE: If people can’t pronounce my first name right, they usually call me “Livy.”
Where did you come from?
I’m from Costa Mesa, California.
What do you wonder about?
I wonder about the future, like most people, and wonder why we haven’t started treating Mother Earth with more respect, and where we will be 50 years from now.
What’s the best show you’ve ever been to?
Honestly, one of the best shows I have seen was a folk band on the 3rd Street Promenade. I can’t remember the band’s name, but I remember how good of friends they were, and how much fun they were having, especially street performing, they were so content.
What do you like to hear instead of silence?
Probably the sound of skateboards hitting coping in a bowl.
What would you say is the closest thing you have to a routine?
The closet thing I have to a routine is feeding my dogs in the morning the same time as I eat. And washing my face before going to bed.
What’s been your biggest mistake?
Moving with my grandma to New York when I was 15.
What skills do you wish you possessed?
I wish that I could speak more then one language.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Hope for the best, expect the worst.
Tell us about your best friend.
My best friend is my boyfriend. He’s a sweet pea and is always there for me when I need him, like a friend should be. Thankful to have someone like him in my life supporting me everyday.
What do you like to create?
I like create bomb food. Lately I have been trying eat at home as much as possible. There’s nothing more satisfying then a dank meal before you get your day started, and when your day has finished and, of course, with yummy little snacks in between.
If we took you out to lunch, where would you want to go and what are we having?
Recently I have really loved Mendocino farms, and most likely would be having a, “Not-So-Fried-Chicken Sandwich,” or a “Save Drake’s Caesar Salad.”
