We’re off to Mexico City tomorrow. Not quite sure how or why or what we’re in for, but we said yes.

I think most people have a list of places around the world they must travel to. Waves they have to surf. Sites one must see. A lot of us also have a list of places that we never dreamed we’ll end up, but wouldn’t mind finding ourselves there anyway. Mexico City is the latter for me. But after a little research (looking past the top headlines in the news, of course) it seems to be an absolutely bustling town with so much to offer. We’re headed down for a week with our friend Danny Fuller, the good people at Richer Poorer and El Camino Travel to do some exploring and see what the city has to offer. We’ll fill you in from the road, the Mezcal tastings, the cafés, the bars, the whatever else we stumble into as we put together the WY Guide to Mexico City. Assuming we remember a bit of it. —Scott Chenoweth
