Over the weekend in Brooklyn the first-ever Quartersnacks Cup went down. After taking over a local BMX pump track sixteen friends went head-to-head in bracket style elimination format until only Alex Olson, representing NineOneSeven, and Hockey’s Caleb Barnett were left standing. The resulting final was more laughs than stress, exactly what a skateboarding contest should be all about: by the homies, for the homies. Looks like the rise of the theatrical, feel good skate contest continues. Keep’em coming…
